HYCROFT MANOR
Sometimes you just know, and Ravi and Mikayla didn’t need a second thought. After one date they both deleted bumble and never looked back. They bonded over being environmental vegans and dreaming of owning an animal sanctuary together.
Ravi stepped up to be the father Mikayla’s two little ones needed; together they all built a new family.
Their wedding was a beautiful blending of east and west. With family gathered in their Fraser Valley home, they began traditional south asian ceremonies before moving their celebration to downtown Vancouver.
After starting their morning at the stunning Fairmont Hotel Pacific Rim, they traveled to the exquisite Hycroft Manor to exchange their wedding vows. Their ceremony was as beautiful as it was touching, seeing Ravi embrace his new family left few dry eyes in the crowd.
We all shared a hearty lunch at the Cactus Club in Coal Harbour where we used the west coast scenery of the area to capture their love for each other.
This all accumulated in returning to the Fairmont for their gorgeous reception, and of course a five-course vegan dinner. Their wedding was an incredible journey to be on, and we’re so grateful to have been included.
