These Terms & Conditions apply to the website at www.beautifullifestudios.com and to the ways you contact us through it. By using this website, sending us an inquiry, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by 2575113 Ontario Inc, doing business as Beautiful Life Studios ("Beautiful Life Studios", "we", "us" or "our"), 8304 Lander Road, Gores Landing, Ontario, Canada, K0K 2E0. You can reach us at team@beautifullifestudios.com or (289) 806-4795.

2. Inquiries, Quotes and Bookings

Sending an inquiry through this website, booking a consultation, or receiving a quote does not reserve a date or create a booking. A booking exists only once we have both signed a service agreement and any retainer stated in it has been paid. The signed service agreement governs the photography and videography services themselves, including dates, deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling. If anything in these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

Prices and package details shown on this website or in a quote may change until a service agreement is signed. If a price or description is listed incorrectly because of a typographical or technical error, we may decline or cancel a request made on the basis of that error. Any amount already paid for a cancelled request will be refunded.

3. Communications With You

When you contact us, we may reply by email, text message or phone, using the details you gave us.

Text messages. If you opt in to text messages from us, we will send only the kinds of messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, booking confirmations and event updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and we will confirm your opt-out by text; reply HELP or email team@beautifullifestudios.com for assistance. To rejoin, opt in again the way you did the first time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone calls and video meetings. Calls with Beautiful Life Studios may be recorded and transcribed so we can keep an accurate record of your plans, and video consultations may be recorded and transcribed in the same way. You will hear a short notice at the start of a recorded call. Recordings and transcripts stay with your file, may be summarized and analyzed with AI tools to improve our service and train our team, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you would rather not be recorded, let us know at the start of the call.

4. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at www.beautifullifestudios.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Our Content and Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, including photographs, video, text, logos, design and layout, belongs to Beautiful Life Studios or is used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish or distribute any content, including photographs or video, without our prior written permission.

If you believe any material on this website infringes your copyright, email team@beautifullifestudios.com with your contact details, a description of the material and where it appears, and a statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner. We will respond promptly.

6. Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, use automated tools to extract its content, or reverse engineer any part of it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to or embed services run by other companies, such as scheduling tools, social media, maps and payment processors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing on this website is professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful Life Studios, its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law, including your rights under consumer protection legislation. Liability relating to booked photography and videography services is governed by the signed service agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Beautiful Life Studios against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone's rights in connection with your use of this website.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at team@beautifullifestudios.com and we will try to resolve it with you informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its Last Updated date, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
