All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services

7. Call and Meeting Recording

Phone calls with Beautiful Life Studios may be recorded and transcribed so we can keep an accurate record of your plans. You will hear a short notice at the start of a recorded call. Video consultations held over our meeting platform may be recorded and transcribed in the same way.

Recordings and transcripts stay with your file and are used only by our team and the service providers that process them for us. We may use AI tools to summarize and analyze them so we can improve our service and train our team. They are never sold, and are never shared outside the studio except as described in section 5 or where the law requires.
